Organic home-cooked meals...

Kharaj (humming long sustained notes, developping voice's harmonic richness)
Sargam (tonic vocalizations, developping breath and note accuracy)
Alap (development of the expressive qualities of a Raga)
Bandish (the poems of Dhrupad, sung on different Tala, or rhythmic cycles).
